As part of NHS England's GP Connect Programme, there is a new National Data Sharing Agreement (NDSA) for GP Connect users.  

GP Connect supports joined up collaborative working by allowing clinical staff to share and view GP practice clinical information and data between IT systems.  

The new GP Connect NDSA outlines the data sharing requirements and obligations for the use of GP Connect and is endorsed by key stakeholders including the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), National Data Guardian (NDG), the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), and the British Medical Association (BMA).
