PALS

NHS Patient Advice and Liaison teams are available to help patients who are experiencing problems with NHS care or services. You can contact them if you are unable to resolve an issue directly with a hospital, clinic, or NHS service, or if you need support navigating complaints, communication difficulties, or service concerns.

Each NHS Trust has its own team which acts independently from clinical teams to help resolve problems quickly and informally. They can be contacted by phone or email, and we recommend using email where possible to maintain a clear record of communication.
