Joining the Practice
If you live within the Practice area and wish to
join, please apply at reception. If possible bring
your medical cards. (Click

Clinics and Services
All of the doctors provide maternity, contraceptive,
minor surgical and child health surveillance
services.
Practice Nurses run clinics for routine monitoring
of coronary heart disease, diabetes, asthma and
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Results
Due to reasons of confidentiality, your permission
will be needed to give results out over the counter.
On phoning, staff may check your identify by
requiring you to answer various questions and in
some cases will take your telephone number to call
you back. This minimises the chances inappropriate
disclosure
Child Health Surveillance
On TUESDAYS, this service is run by the health
visitors for the routine supervision and
immunisation of the under fives. A “drop-in” clinic
is usually available on Tuesday afternoon.
Immunisation appointments can be arranged at
reception. For all other child assessments your
Health Visitor will contact you. |
